Refund policy

Earp Studios will not issue refunds for items damaged or lost during shipping. We will also not issue refunds for clearanced or sale items. 

Additional non-returnable items:

* Downloadable software products

In the event that an item is missing due to our own error please reach out to Earp Studios via email within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We only accept the return of silicone molds and supplies if they are returned in unopened, unused condition.

If you would like to return molds or supplies you must reach out to us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all shipping fees.

In the event that a return is approved, a refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund(unless paid for by the customer). If an item is returned and is not in all original packaging, a refund will not be issued and you will be responsible for return shipping fees.

*We do not issue refunds for or accept returns of any custom work.

**We do not accept returns of resin jewelry, resin keychains, resin geodes, or any resin work.
